How to delete your account

You can delete your Meshvane account yourself, at any time, in the app or on the web:

• In the Meshvane app: open Settings, then Security, then tap Delete account.
• On the web: sign in at https://app.meshvane.com/me/security and choose Delete account at the bottom of the Security page.

You confirm with your password. Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone. If you can no longer sign in, email admin@invansys.com from the email address on your account, or tell us your phone number, and we will delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone number, email address, date of birth and password.
• Your two-step sign-in, check-in PIN, face template and enrolment photo.
• Your check-in photos and your home addresses.
• Your work email, job title and Slack link at every workplace you belong to.
• The places and devices recorded when you signed in.

What is kept, and why

• Your workplaces' attendance and leave records are kept without your name, because they are your employer's records. They stay for as long as the workplace uses Meshvane, and are deleted when the workplace closes its account.
• Invoices a workplace paid for are kept as long as tax law requires. They name the business that paid, not you.

If you own a workplace

If you are the only owner of a workplace that still has other members, make someone else an owner there first. If you are its only member, the workplace is left with no members. To close a workplace and delete its data, the owner emails us; see our terms.
