Terms of Service
Last updated 18 October 2026
Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between Invansys Technologies Pvt Ltd, whose registered office is at 406, Crown Heights, Rohini Sector 10, Delhi 110085, India ("we", "us"), and the organisation that creates a Meshvane workplace ("you", the "customer"). The person who creates the workplace confirms they are allowed to accept these terms for that organisation. People who use Meshvane because their workplace invited them are covered by our Privacy Policy and by their workplace's own rules.
The service
Meshvane is an online service for recording attendance, leave and related work records. We deliver it over the internet through the web app, the mobile app and kiosk mode. There is nothing to ship: your workplace is ready to use as soon as you create it, and a paid plan takes effect as soon as payment succeeds.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them and everything done under your workplace.
- Before you use face check-in or location checks, you must tell your people what is recorded and get any consent the law where they work requires. Some places have specific rules for biometric data, such as written consent and a published retention period. You are the one who decides to record this data, so meeting those rules is your responsibility.
- You must keep sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you think an account has been misused.
- You must not use Meshvane to break the law, to send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them, to try to reach other customers' data, or to overload or reverse-engineer the service.
Plans and fees
- The free plan covers up to 25 active users and has fair-use limits on text messages and AI suggestions.
- When a workplace reaches its plan's user limit, nobody new can join or be invited until it upgrades or removes people. If a paid plan ends and the workplace has more people than the free plan allows, its first owner and the earliest people to join, up to the limit, keep using it; the others can't until it pays again. Nobody's records are deleted.
- Paid plans are charged per active user per month, billed monthly or annually, for up to 500 users. The current prices are on our pricing page. For more than 500 users, contact us.
- The price you pay depends on your billing country. Payments from India are processed by Razorpay and invoiced by us with GST. Payments from other countries are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the seller of record and handles the tax due in your country.
- Prices exclude taxes, which are added at checkout where they apply.
- Paid plans are paid in advance for a month or a year, for a number of seats. In India, a monthly plan renews automatically, charged to your card or UPI shortly before each month ends, only if you turn automatic renewal on; you can turn it off at any time, and the time already paid for still runs to its end. Otherwise, to continue, pay for the next period before the current one ends; the workplace moves to the free plan when the paid time ends. Seats are added in steps of five and charged for the rest of the time already paid for; close to the end of a period, they are charged together with the next period.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. A change applies from the next period you buy, never to a period you have already paid for.
- Cancellations and refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Your data
The records your workplace creates belong to you. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your workplace's owners can download a copy of its records from the app at any time, or have a copy sent every day to storage the workplace owns, such as its Google Drive. We never delete a workplace's records because a payment is late or a paid plan has ended, and its owners can still download and back them up after that. To close your workplace, email us from the owner's address, and we delete its data within 90 days unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Meshvane available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may improve or change features. If we remove a feature that a paid plan relies on, we will tell you in advance, and you may cancel and receive a pro-rated refund for the unused part of your plan.
Suspension and ending the agreement
- You can stop using Meshvane at any time, and close your workplace as described above.
- We may suspend a workplace straight away if it is being used to break these terms or the law, or puts other customers at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first.
- We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, and will refund any prepaid amount for the time after it ends.
Liability
Meshvane is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in those 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date above. For significant changes we will tell workplace owners at least 30 days before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
