Questions
Who counts as a user?
Anyone who has accepted an invite to your workplace and has not been removed. People you have invited but who have not joined yet are not counted.
Which price do I pay?
The price for your billing country, set at checkout. Countries not listed here pay the United States price in US dollars.
Do plans renew automatically?
Only if you choose. In India, a monthly plan can renew automatically from your card or UPI, and you can turn that off at any time. Otherwise you pay in advance for a month or a year, and we email you before it ends. If the next period isn't paid for, the workplace moves to the free plan when the paid time ends.
